Why i Love Judo - by Alanna

I love judo because I'm always up for a challenge. The throws and techniques can be really tricky until you get to know them, and even then you have to practice - a lot! My favourite part of judo is the competitions. They're a really big challenge for me because of which weight group I'm in. I end up competing with the older opponents which makes it even more difficult, but I try my hardest. In judo you get to make lots of friends, at the competitions and at the club training. I love judo so much that I have used it as my literacy subject for a school project. I highly recommend you to join Drake Judo Club and put yourself up for the challenge!
