Beginners and under 10's - 10.30am - 11.30am with Corey

Intermediate Squad(IS) - 11.30am - 12.30pm with Corey

Higher Squad(HS) - 12.30 - 2.00pm with Ross/Rob

Tuesday:

Seniors (split mat)

Beginners - 8pm - 9.30pm with Mike A

Intermediate and Higher Grades - 8pm - 9.30pm with Charles

Wednesday:
