Gradings @ Ashburton

On Thursday the 14th DJC conducted its first grading specifically for our Ashburton Class.

The Ashburton class only started a few months ago under DJC coach Mike Askew and has been doing very well,

With this in mind two players took their first step on the Judo grading ladder, with Ross examining the demonstrations

First up was Junior Yanick who put on an excellent display and pass his first mon

Next up was Senior Mandy, who was very thorough and very professional having clearly studied the requirements and practiced them thoroughly.

Congratulations to all! and hopefully the next step will be a competition for both in January!
