Drake Ladies Spa Day!

Our Drake Ladies took the opportunity to get away from the Dojo and sweaty Judo suits today and had a lovely relaxing day at the China Fleet club in Saltash.

Breakfalls and Randori was swapped for Jacuzzis and Aromatherapy saunas. The ladies arrived on a lovely sunny Autumn morning, to be greeted by the staff of the Spa.

Relaxation was definitely on the agenda. The ladies enjoyed the facilities such as the ‘Laconium’ (Roman Sauna), foot spa’s, Finnish sauna, Salt steam room, Aroma steam room and Spa pool amongst others

After the hard morning of relaxation the ladies treated themselves to a well earned lunch with a glass of wine or two in the restaurant.

Everyone enjoyed themselves and I am sure it will be the first of many… Thanks Ross for organising it!
