Why I Love Judo - by Brian aged 10

I like Judo because you can throw people on the floor while getting fit and having lots of fun. I have been away for at least a year and have missed it, however I am back now and am really enjoying it. I like meeting up with my friends and making new friends. I enjoy entering into competitions, and felt very proud when I have won medals before. I really like helping others to learn especially smaller children by being their test dummy ( Uke).
