Why I Love Judo - by Jamie D aged 12

I love judo because I like meeting up with friends in training and having a laugh with Ross and Jack. I enjoy fighting in competitions and being awarded medals and trophies. I find helping out the little ones fun and like being looked up to. I think that judo is helpful because it makes me physically fit and improves my self-defence. I find judo fun and it’s something to do to kill some time at the weekend and after school. I love having a wall of medals in my kitchen to come home to every day.
